Making goals for each month seemed to make a lot of sense. (The Happiness Project) As you go through the year each month will add onto each other so that the goals help you to gain new good habits.
With this being said my goals for January are:
- Go to sleep earlier
- Get back into a healthy eating and exercising plan
- Toss, restore, organize the house and all the clutter
- Tackle a nagging task
- Act more energetic
And now with that, I am off to bed to work on #1 of these goals. I need to get more sleep!
